HEPATITIS
Inflammation of liver
Etiology-
- Bacterial infection
- Liver fluke
- Mineral deficiency
- Elemental poisoning
Symptoms-
- Anorexia
- Recurrent diarrhea or constipation
- Jaundice
Diagnosis –
- Liver function tests and by signs and symptoms
Treatment –
- Give broad spectrum antibiotics along with b-complex and liver extract
- Deworm the animal
- Give enough rest to the animal
- Regular mineral mixture feeding is necessary for healthy farming.
