Etiology –

•  Wound (accidental or surgical)
• Protozoan diseases
•  Mineral deficiency (Cu, Co,  Etc.)

Symptoms –

• whitish mucus membrane

Diagnosis –

• by signs and symptoms

Treatment –

• BFound the cause of disease and treat accordingly
• Provide good quality of mineral mixture
• Give iron supplements or give it parentally along with b-complex inj.
